Conor Light Derivative Aflatoxin Detection
Other Products
The 6000PER Photochemical Derivatization Instrument is a post-column derivatization device used for the HPLC detection of aflatoxins and sulfonamides. It enhances the fluorescence intensity of aflatoxin B1 and G1, enabling fast, convenient, and efficient detection.
When in use, the photochemical derivatization instrument is placed between the chromatographic column and the detector to perform continuous post-column photochemical derivatization reactions, improving the sensitivity or selectivity of the detector for the target analytes.
Features of the Photochemical Derivatization Instrument:
Simple operation and easy maintenance
No need to add chemical derivatization reagents, no mixing issues, and no rinsing steps required
Does not increase system dead volume, does not cause peak broadening, and does not affect column efficiency
Main Parameters:
Light source: Cold light source
Output power: 8 mW
Wavelength: 254 nm
Reactor: Koiler coil
Flow rate: 3 ml/min
Temperature control method: Forced air cooling
